What happens if my booking changes?
We’ll always keep you informed. Before your holiday, we’ll reconfirm your booking details and menu. If anything changes, we’ll offer you a suitable alternative or refund if needed.
What if I have a dietary requirement or accessibility need?
Let us know at checkout—there’s a space to include dietary preferences, allergies, or any accessibility needs. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes – and it’s one of our biggest perks. Lock in your spot with just AED 100 per person, per event, then pay the remaining balance two weeks before your holiday begins. It’s flexible, simple, and designed to make booking stress-free.
