Wavehouse, En Fuego & Blended are not included.

Can I use my discount with other offers?

Yes – loyalty discounts apply to most packages for up to 4 guests. However, they can’t be combined with:

• Other discounts
• Vouchers
• Spending points

HOW MANY GUESTS DOES MY LOYALTY DISCOUNT APPLY TOO?

Your loyalty discount can be used for you and up to 3 guests. Dining in a larger group? Additional Solutions Rewards accounts will be needed to cover the full table.

How do birthday rewards work?

Your birthday voucher will automatically appear in the Rewards section of the app.

I missed using my birthday voucher — can I extend it?

Unfortunately, birthday rewards can only be used within 10 days from your date of birth (government ID required).

what are ‘rewards’ & how can i use them?

‘Rewards’ are exclusive member offers available across selected venues, found in the ‘Rewards’ section on the app. To redeem, simply inform your server and show the Reward alongside your membership details.

Check the individual Reward T&Cs within the app. 

How do the tiers work?

You move up based on visits or spend:

• Black Tier: 0 – 25 visits (entry level)
• Gold Tier: 25+ visits or AED 25,000 spent

How do I earn points?

• • AED 1 = 1 point
  • 10 points = AED 1 credit
  • Points are earned on the final amount paid by you in the venue (after discounts). If the bill is split, you earn the points for the portion you paid.

You still earn points when you:

• Use third-party offers (Entertainer, Privilee, etc.)
• Redeem loyalty credit or vouchers

When do points appear?

Within 24 hours, ready to spend the next day.

How do I spend points?

Points apply to the full bill only. You cannot spend points and use another discount or voucher together.

Do points expire?

Yes – points expire after 12 months of inactivity on your account (no visits or point redemptions).

Does my tier expire?

Tier levels are reviewed every 12 months and may reset based on visit/spend history.

Can I use one account across multiple devices?

Yes – just log into the same account using your registered email or mobile number on any device.

What if I change my phone or delete the app?

Simply re-download the app and log in again – your points and rewards are linked to your account, not your device.

Can I link multiple email addresses?

No – each account is linked to one email or mobile number for tracking purposes.

Can I earn points for a group bill?

Yes – if you’re paying the total bill, you’ll earn points on the full amount.  If the bill is split, you earn points for the total amount you paid.

Can multiple people earn points on the same bill?

Points can only be earned on the portion of the bill paid by each member.

• If one person pays the full bill, only that member will earn points.
• If the bill is split, up to 4 Solutions Rewards members can earn points on the amount they individually paid.

Can I share my rewards with someone else?

No – rewards and points are non-transferable and tied to your individual account.

Are there any exclusions?

Yes – points cannot be earned or used on:

• Transactions over AED 25,000 (Corporate Rewards coming soon)
• Prepaid or ticketed events (e.g., New Year’s Eve)
• Bespoke Packages (e.g., Kids Birthday Packages)
• Central, Yas Bay – Points can be earned on bowling and arcade games, but you can’t spend your points on these services, or your use your member discount.
• The Hills Club – Member discount, earning and spending of points is not applicable on Food Trucks.

Forgot to scan or missing points?

No problem – tap Contact Us in the app and share your receipt to claim.

How do I report an issue with the app?

How it Works

• Earn Points: Collect 1 point for every AED 1 spent (10% back in rewards).
• Maximum Earn: Up to 25,000 points (AED 25,000 value) per party.
• Redeem Points: 10 points = AED 1 off your next bill.
• Discounts:
  • Black Tier: 10% off food & drinks
  • Gold Tier: 15% off food & drinks

• Usage Rule: One App can cover up to 4 people per bill, with a maximum of 4 Apps per table.

Tiers

• Black – Everyone starts here.
• Gold – Unlock with 25 visits or AED 25,000 spend in 12 months.

Birthday Voucher

• Complimentary birthday brunch voucher valid at selected venues for tables of 5+ within 10 days of your birthday (ID required).
• 1 voucher per 5 guests; multiple vouchers allowed if guest numbers and conditions are met.

Membership

• Free to join via the Solutions Rewards App.
• One account per person, non-transferable.
• Show your QR code in the App at the time of dining to earn points & discounts. Screenshot are not accepted.
