Solutions Group, the UAE’s most awarded food, beverage and entertainment operator, has announced the launch of Oro Verde, an all-new waterfront bar and restaurant opening at Yas Bay Waterfront.
Inspired by the meeting point of Peru’s vibrant coastal cuisine and Japan’s refined culinary artistry, Oro Verde introduces a fresh interpretation of Nikkei dining to the Abu Dhabi dining scene. Set against the iconic waterfront, the venue will bring together exceptional food, cocktails, intricate design artistry and an atmosphere that transitions effortlessly from relaxed daytime dining to energetic evenings by the water.
Marking Solutions Group’s fourth venue within the vibrant Yas Bay destination, Oro Verde represents the continued evolution of the group’s long-term vision for Abu Dhabi, reinforcing its commitment to driving world-class hospitality experiences that continue to shape the region’s growing lifestyle landscape.
Meaning “Green Gold”, the all-new drinks and dining destination draws inspiration from the natural beauty, craftsmanship and traditions shared across both Peruvian and Japanese cultures, with a culinary curation celebrating the bold flavours, freshness and precision that have made Nikkei cuisine one of the world’s most exciting dining movements.
