Every Wednesday evening, we’re turning up the heat with beachfront Hot Yoga and Ice Bath’s at The 305.
Step onto the sand as the sun dips behind the Marina skyline and flow through a beachside 50-minute hot yoga class, led by a Blended instructor. Followed by an optional refreshing plunge in our Ice Bath.
After class, stay in your flow state with a nourishing dish from our soulful menu and two wellness drinks – crafted to restore, rehydrate, and keep you feeling centered.
