Between 17th February – 3rd March indulge in our exclusive limited-edition menu, a carefully curated selection of Pan-Asian delicacies, paired with a Chinese New Year inspired cocktail, designed to elevate your celebration.
To complement the menu, a Chinese New Year inspired cocktail has been specially created for the occasion. This distinctive drink combines gin with lapsang souchong tea and the gentle sweetness of grenadine, resulting in a perfectly balanced serve that captures the essence of the festivities in every sip. It is an ideal pairing for the tasting journey and a memorable way to toast to good fortune in the year ahead.
In keeping with cherished tradition, each tasting menu is accompanied by a classic red envelope with a surprise and a card to write your New Year’s Wish on and hang it on our tree in Asia Asia.
