Our operations team will lead in the training of your staff to reflect the Solutions Leisure rockstar standard, including elements of customer service, food preparation & safety, employee scheduling and management. The team will remain on hand to help with pre-opening training, as well as ongo- ing quality management of both front & back of house employees.

Our marketing and communications team will strategise and implement an integrated campaign using the proven formula utilised across our Solutions Leisure Group brands. This includes creative strategy and mes- saging, visual branding, social and digital marketing, above and below the line advertising tactics, in venue marketing and more, from pre-opening to launch and beyond.
